RANCHI, India, May 21 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 20:

1. Heard Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P.

2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Lohardaga in Bail Petition No. 07 of 2026, arising out of Senha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3. It has been alleged that on information, police had conducted raid in the house of Nasim Ansari, who had disclosed about arms and ammunitions being kept with the present appellant. Consequent to a raid conducted in the house of present appellant, one country made pistol made in Italy, 3 rounds of rifle ammunitions and 82 round of INSAS rifle ammunitions were recovered on the disclosure of the appellant.

4. Though it has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that he is in custody since 06.12.2025 and that no recovery was effected from his house, but regard being had to the fact that huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered on the disclosure made by the appellant, we are not inclined to admit the appellant on bail and consequently, this appeal stands dismissed at this stage.
