JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SHIODUTTA RAVIDAS AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, Sept. 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on aUG. 19:

1. The instant writ application has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the office orders dated 03.10.2017 (Annexure-4/1) and 22.09.2017 (Annexure-4), issued by the Chairman, Department of Food, Civil Supply and Public Distribution, whereby a decision has been taken to initiate departmental proceeding in terms of Rule 43-B of Pension Rules against the petitioners.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant writ application.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
