RANCHI, India, July 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 23:

1. Mr. Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

2. Mr. Vincent Rohit Marki, learned counsel appearing for opposite party nos. 1 and 2 has got no serious objection.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
