1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to appoint regular Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal No. 2-cum-Appellate Authority under E.P.F., Act, 1952, Dhanbad as the said seat is vacant since 04.10.2023. It is also submitted that the said Presiding Officer is also taking up the urgent matters filed in the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court No. 2, Dhanbad.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the respondents-EPFO, this Court does not intend to entertain the writ petition at this stage.
