RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. The instant appeal being F.A. No. 169 of 2023 has been filed under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, directed against the impugned judgment passed on 15.06.2023 and decree signed on 28.06.2023.
2. The matter was referred to the mediation vide order dated 15.07.2025.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the mediation is successful and in view of the settlement having been arrived at in between the parties, the appeal may be disposed of.
4. We have gone through the mediation report, which is available at Flag-X. It is evident thereof that on following terms and conditions, the parties have settled their disputes.
5. Considering the terms and conditions of the settlement, the instant appeal being F.A. No. 169 of 2023 stands disposed of.
