RANCHI, India, March 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 25:
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. On 18th of February 2026, we made the following orders:
"1. Mr. Krishanu Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that for the present the petitioner will be satisfied if some directions are issued for disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 9th February, 2026 by the respondents.
2. Mr. Piyush Chitresh, learned A.C. to A.G. requests for a short adjournment to obtain instructions.
3. Accordingly, we list this matter on 25th February, 2026 "High on Board"."
3. Mr. Piyush Chitresh, learned A.C. to A.G., on instructions, states that the petitioner's representation dated 9th of February 2026 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law and on its own merits within three months from today. He requests that all contentions may be kept open to be decided by the 2nd respondent in the first instance.
4. The above statement is accepted.
5. All contentions of all parties are left open, because we have not examined the merits or demerits of the representation.
6. The 2nd respondent will have to independently verify the facts and then dispose of the representation. We clarify that we have not directed that any relief be granted to the petitioner, but we have merely accepted the statement that the representation will be disposed of in accordance with law and on its own merits.
7. This petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order for costs.
