RANCHI, India, March 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

"i. For directing the concerned respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated-10/5/2025 (Annexure-6) and the reminder dated 17/07/2025 (Annexure-6), filed before the Deputy Commissioner. Hazaribagh (Respondent No.2) to comply the order of the respondent No.4 and cancel the NOC granted to the Hindustan petroleum corporation limited (HPCL) by the District Authority (Respondent No.2) on plot no. 148,150,152,153, of Khata No.31 and 56 Vide Memo No.58 dated 31/12/2003.

ii. For the compliance of the order passed by the Hon'ble court of Commissioner North Chotanagpur, Division Hazaribagh (Respondent No.3) in Misc. Appeal No.29/2024 vide order dated 04/04/2025 directing the Respondent No.2 to pass an order cancelling the No objection certificate (NOC) granted to the HPCL vide Memo No.-58 Dated 31/12/2003 by the District Authority (Respondent No.2) on plot no. 148,150,152,153, of Khata No.31 and 56 and also direct the respondent No.2 to pass appropriate order directing HPCL to leave the leased premise after paying the arears of rent and other dues with interest to the petitioner. since the petitioner had validly terminated the lease deed executed in Favor of the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and obtained favourable order from appellate court."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out her remedy in accordance with law.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
