JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SEEMA KUMARI V/S CHHOTU GORAI

RANCHI, India, Feb. 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 22:

1. Mr. Arwind Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant-wife has submitted that since the matter has already been settled outside the Court, as such, he does not intend to press the instant appeal.
