JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SANT TULSI DAS INTER COLLEGE V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Sept. 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 12:

1. On instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law including filing afresh writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

4. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
