RANCHI, India, Sept. 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 12:
1. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner with a prayer for direction upon the respondents to publish the result of the petitioner for the post of constable pursuant to his qualification in the preliminary and main examination and thereafter, his good performance in the physical test.
2. It has been informed by learned counsel for the respondentJSSC that the result pursuant to Advt. No. 04/2015 has already been published more than 5 years back; as such, the instant writ application has become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that his client has taken back the entire brief from him.
4. Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-JSSC and also the fact that no fresh Vakalatnma has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, the instant writ application stands dismissed.
