RANCHI, India, Nov. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 29:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 162 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 111(1), 111(4), 310(1), 310(4), 310(6) and 3(5) of the B.N.S and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar.

3. On 10.07.2025, Chandwa Police on the basis of confidential information that criminals have assembled at Chira More, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons. On search, live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It was submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier.

5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 162 of 2025.
