JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SALIM SAH V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Oct. 17 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 16:

1. Mr. Parambir Singh Bajaj, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have compromised the matter and in view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision petition.

2. Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

3. Accordingly, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
