JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SAIF ALI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, March 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:

1. On instruction of client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the State has raised no objection.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn.
