Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer for early hearing of the instant Cr.M.P.

Since, the hearing of instant Cr.M.P. is taken up today, hence, this interlocutory application stands disposed of being infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition before the appropriate Court or the appropriate authority at the appropriate stage.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
