RANCHI, India, Aug. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 28:

1. This criminal revision petition has been filed against the order of maintenance passed in Original Maintenance Case No. 291/2017 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

2. It is not in dispute that opposite party no. 2 is the wife of the petitioner. The petitioner was DGM finance in Agricultural Skill Council of India and after deduction and EPF he was drawing salary of Rs.1,15,000/- per month. Considering the said income, learned Family Court has awarded the maintenance of Rs.25,000/- per month.

3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the divorce has already been allowed.

4. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both sides, I do not find any illegality and impropriety in the impugned order.

This revision petition stands dismissed.

Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
