1. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to the writ petitioners to search out the remedy as available to them in law to approach the appropriate forum.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the writ petitioners to search out the remedy as available to them in law to approach the appropriate forum.
