RANCHI, India, June 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 8:
1. In view of the facts involved in the present appeal, the insurance company is directed to deposit the entire awarded amount along with the interest before the learned Tribunal within three weeks.
2. Out of the deposited amount, 50% shall be released in favour of the claimants in terms of the direction no.1 i.e equally 50% each on proper verification.
3. The rest of the amount shall be kept intact and that will be subject to the result of the present appeal.
. Issue notice upon the O.P.Nos.1 to 3 in the main appeal as well as in the I.A meant for condonation of delay by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites must be filed within one week after summer vacatin.
5. The respondents are kept at liberty to file proper petition for modification of this order.
