RANCHI, India, June 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 8:
1. One of the grounds taken by the insurance company herein is that the notice was not served upon the insurance company and the ex-parte award has been passed.
2. In view of that fact, the insurance company herein is directed to deposit the entire awarded amount before the learned Tribunal within three weeks. However, the same will not be released at present by the learned Tribunal and the claimants are kept at liberty to file a proper petition for modification of the present order.
3. Issue notice upon the O.P.Nos.1 to 6 by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process in main appeal as well as in the IA meant for condonation of delay for which requisites must be filed within one week after summer vacation.
