JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON REKHA DEVI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, March 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:

1. Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner claims that he is entitled for over time allowance from January, 2005 to December, 2008 which has not been paid to him.

3. From the order at Annexure-01 of this writ petition as contained in Memo No. 1653 dated 04.08.2023, I find that the Managing Director, Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited has also directed to consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision as per the law in respect of the aforesaid claim of the petitioner. Since already an order has been passed, this writ petition is misconceived. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
