JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON REGIONAL MANAGER, CHOLAMANDALAM MS GENERAL INSURANCE CO. AND ANR. V/S RENU KUMARI AND ORS

RANCHI, India, Dec. 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 26:

1. Earlier matter was referred for mediation vide order dated 31.07.2025.

2. As per the mediation report, matter has been amicably settled between the Insurance Company and the claimant. The terms of settlement have been jointly signed by both sides and annexed with the mediation report.

3. Under the circumstance, instant appeal is disposed in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties dated 30.10.2025.

Interlocutory Application, if any, is disposed of.
