JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RATNAKAR MALLICK V/S THE CHAIRMAN-CUM-MANAGING DIRECTOR AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, March 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the services of the petitioner has been terminated and the petitioner has preferred a Departmental Appeal and he wants to pursue the Departmental Appeal.

2. Prayers is allowed.

3. Petitioner is directed to pursue the Departmental Appeal taking all the grounds, which is available to the petitioner including the ground taking in this writ petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
