JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RANJIT SINGH V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, April 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:

1. Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to pursue the Civil Suit which has been filed for the same relief.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
