RANCHI, India, Oct. 17 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 16:
I.A No.12824 of 2025 (in Cr. Revision No.1402 of 2023)
1. The instant interlocutory application has been filed for withdrawal of Cr. Revision No.1402 of 2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/applicant has sought for leave of this Court to withdraw Cr. Revision No.1402 of 2023.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the O.P No.2 has raised no objection for the same.
4. Considering the prayer made in the instant interlocutory application, I.A No.12824 of 2025 is allowed.
5. Accordingly, Cr. Revision No.1402 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of as such. 6. Pending I.As, if any, stands disposed of.
