RANCHI, India, Feb. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. The present CMP has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.6063 of 2018, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 27th June, 2022.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. For the reasons stated in the present CMP and that the aforesaid writ petition stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 27th June, 2022, directing him to remove the remaining defects within two weeks, prior to issuance of notice to the private respondents, W.P.(C) No.6063 of 2018 is ordered to be restored to its original file and stage subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of Advocate's Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within two weeks and shall remove the remaining defects within the aforesaid period.
3. The present CMP is, accordingly, disposed of.
