RANCHI, India, Oct. 21 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:

1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-

"for issuance of an appropriate writ (s) /order (s)/ direction (s) to the respondents concerned specially to the R. N. 8 to stop the Jamabandi/mutation in the name of the R. N. 12 and 13 created illegally with respect to the petitioner's land appertaining to Khata No. 65, 68, (Present Khata No. 40) situated at Mauza Bodra, Thana No. 165, P. S. Manjhiaon, Dist. - Garhwa."

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the other side has no objection.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
