RANCHI, India, Jan. 6 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 5:
Heard the parties.
This Cr.M.P. has been filed with the prayer to modify the judgment dated 07.07.2025 passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.4125 of 2023 to the extent that the year of the complaint case in the said judgment, because of printing error has erroneously been mentioned as Complaint Case No.5255 of 2025 instead of Complaint Case No.5255 of 2022.
Perusal of the record reveals that in fact, because of printing error, the year of the complaint case has erroneously been mentioned as 2025 instead of 2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the opposite party no.2 also submit that the same has occurred because of printing error.
Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer is allowed and it is ordered that the Complaint Case No.5255 of 2025 mentioned in Para-2, 9 & 10 of the judgment dated 07.07.2025 passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.4125 of 2023 be treated as Complaint Case No.5255 of 2022 and this order be treated as part of the said judgement.
Accordingly, the judgment dated 07.07.2025 passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.4125 of 2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
