RANCHI, India, March 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 25:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-
"For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) / order(s) / direction(s) in the nature of certiorari commanding upon the Respondent No. 3 to conclude the trial of the case within stipulated period of time being House Rent and Eviction Case No. 04/2024, which is pending before the Respondent No. 3 since more than a year that too for filing of Written Statement by the Respondent No. 4 and the same has caused grave injustice to the Petitioner, who is neither in the possession of the property nor he is getting the rent as agreed between him and the Respondent No. 4 since November 2023."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer that the House Rent and Eviction Case No. 04/2024 shall be disposed of as early as possible without unnecessary adjournment or delay.
4. In view of above limited prayer, no notice is required to be issued upon the private respondent.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the adjudicator of the case of House Rent and Eviction Case No. 04/2024 to decide the pending proceeding as early as possible.
