Heard the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek permission of this court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition before the appropriate court at the appropriate stage.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
