RANCHI, India, Dec. 31 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:

Heard parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer to delete the name of the petitioner No.1 namely Raj Kishore Goenka @ Raj Kishore Goinka from the cause-title of this Cr.M.P. as he had died on 11.11.2025 during the pendency of this case, hence, the prayer made in the instant Cr.M.P. has become infructuous in respect of the petitioner No.1 namely Raj Kishore Goenka @ Raj Kishore Goinka.

Considering the facts of the case, the prayer to delete the name of the petitioner No.1 namely Raj Kishore Goenka @ Raj Kishore Goinka, is allowed.

Registry is directed to delete the name of the petitioner No.1 namely Raj Kishore Goenka @ Raj Kishore Goinka from the cause-title of this Cr.M.P. and re-number the remaining petitioner as the sole petitioner without assigning any numberwith red ink in the cause title of the memo of this Cr.M.P.

This interlocutory application stands disposed of.
