JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAHUL PALLA V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, Dec. 31 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:

1. The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.09.2025 passed in B.A. No.8421 of 2025.

2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 25.09.2025, the petitioner has been granted bail with a condition that "one of the bailors will be the father of this applicant" but the father of this petitioner has died. Subsequently, this fact has been brought on record by filing the present criminal miscellaneous petition.

3. In view of above submission, the order dated 25.09.2025 passed in B.A. No.8421 of 2025 is modified to the extent that "one of the bailors will be the close relative of this applicant".

4. With above modification, the present Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
