RANCHI, India, Nov. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:

1. Heard the parties.

2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Teliaya P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 303 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.

3. On 12.08.2025, 53-54 boxes of tiles were stolen from the shop of the informant.

4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Teliaya P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025.
