RANCHI, India, March 31 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 27:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer to amend the instant Cr.M.P. by incorporating the details in para-2 and 2 (a) after para-5 of this Cr.M.P. and also to incorporate three paragraphs which have been numbered as 5.2 to 5.4 after para-5 by renumbering the present para- 5 as para- 5.1 of this Cr.M.P. to incorporate the details of surrender and other materials relevant for the prayers made in this Cr.M.P.
Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer is allowed.
The petitioner is directed to incorporate the amendment as proposed in para-2A of the instant I.A. in continuation of para-2 of the criminal miscellaneous petition and also to insert paragraph-5.2 to 5.4 as proposed in para-7 of this I.A. and to file a consolidated criminal miscellaneous petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner files the consolidated Cr.M.P.
Let the same be kept in the record.
Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed.
