RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for withdrawal of the present writ petition.
2. Mr. B.K. Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 to 15, while referring to the order dated 17.07.2025, submits that a Bench of this Court, considering the statement made in the rejoinder affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners to the counter affidavit of State, found it to be a prima facie case of perjury.
3. Be that as it may.
4. Since the petitioners do not want to further contest the present writ petition and intend to withdraw the same, they are permitted to do so.
5. The present interlocutory application is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. In view of the order passed in I.A. No. 11508 of 2025, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
