RANCHI, India, Dec. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 5:
1. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that during pendency of the appeal and based upon the mutual understanding between the parties as has been entered into the mediation as per the document appended thereto as Annexure-1 dated 09.10.2023 in the supplementary affidavit, the divorce has been granted in between the parties on mutual consent as per the judgment dated 07th December, 2023 passed in Original Suit No.1099 of 2023 and, as such, learned counsel appearing for the appellant does not intend to press this instant appeal.
2. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed and, as such, disposed of.
