RANCHI, India, Dec. 17 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 17:

Heard the learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.

No one turns up on behalf of the petitioners in spite of repeated calls.

Learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 submit that since there is no merit in this Cr.M.P., hence, the petitioners are not diligent in prosecuting this Cr.M.P.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution.
