JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PRAKASH PANDEY V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, Feb. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:

1. The matter relates to Saraidhela P.S. Case No.233/2020, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.

2. Mr. Manish Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application.

3. Mrs. Vandana Bharti, learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
