Heard the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition as the prayer has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 23.09.2020 is vacated.

Registry is directed to intimate the court concerned forthwith.
