RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant has placed the copy of the judgment passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Champua (Keonjhar) being MAT No.17 of 2020.
2. Let the same be taken on record.
3. Mr. Rajendra Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant, on instruction, has submitted that subsequent to passing of the judgment impugned, the wife-respondent herein, has filed an application being MAT No.17 of 2020 in the District of Keonjhar, Odisha for dissolution of marriage, which has been allowed.
4. The said judgment has been assailed by the appellant herein before the Orissa High Court.
5. Mr. Gupta, in pursuant to the aforesaid development, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the instant appeal.
6. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
