RANCHI, India, May 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 23:
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Let informant be impleaded as party respondent no. 2 in the instant appeal.
3. Mr. Mahesh Tewari, learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to make necessary addition in the memo of appeal in course of day.
4. Let him do so.
5. Issue notice to the newly respondent no. 2 by ordinary process for which requisites etc., as undertook by learned counsel for the appellant, be filed by tomorrow.
6. Office is directed to hand over the requisites of notice to learned Spl. P.P. to serve the notice through local police station.
7. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Spl. P.P. sought for time to file objection to the Interlocutory Application.
8. Time, as prayed for, is allowed.
9. List this case on 11.05.2026.
