RANCHI, India, Jan. 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 22:
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, C.J.(Oral)
1. Learned counsel for the appellant after arguing for some time seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to work out the other remedies available to him under the law.
2. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
3. All pending Interlocutory Applications shall stand closed.
