RANCHI, India, March 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 25:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

"i. For direction upon the respondent authorities to forthwith commence and complete the construction of the duly approved Health Centre at Tarkhutta Panchayat, Block-Poreyahat, District- Godda, in terms of the approval already granted by the competent authorities, within a fixed and reasonable time frame, in the interest of public health and welfare.

ii. For a further direction upon the respondents to ensure availability of basic infrastructure, manpower and medical facilities in the said Health Centre immediately upon completion of construction, so as to make the Health Centre functional for the residents of the area."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

4. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
