RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:

1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-

"for quashing the order dated 12/08/2025 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mahudanr i.e, respondent no-3 in Land Encroachment Case No. 02/2025, whereby the petitioners have been directed to remove the Encroachment from the Kaimi land measuring 5.08 acres of Revisional Survey Khata No. 9 plot No.- 650/863, village- Brijiyatoli, Mahuadanr Anchal, P.S.- Netarhat, District- Latehar, recorded in the name of the ancestors of the petitioner No..- 1 in the C.S. khata no.18 plot no.139, area 4.96 acres of village- Brijiyatoli, Mahuadanr Anchal, P.S.- Netarhat, District- Latehar."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file appeal as there is provision to appeal under the Jharkhand Public Land Encroachment Act.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

4. In view of above submission, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
