RANCHI, India, Nov. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 30:

1. Heard the parties.

2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 69, 89, 70(1), 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and cognizance has been taken for the offences under Sections 69, 89 and 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 pending in the Court of Miss Mansi, learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal.

3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her.

4. It was submitted that the parties were in physical relationship since last four years.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Mansi, learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal, or her successor, in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2025.
