RANCHI, India, Nov. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 29:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 310(4), 310(5), 111 (2)(b), 111(3), 111(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 25(1-B) (a)/26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri A. Aqueeb, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.

3. During the intervening period between 06/07.06.2025 at about 11.30 p.m., co-accused persons were apprehended from a place near boundary wall of Electric Tower on Neeldih-Dalma Road.

4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused Gurjeet Singh @ Vishal @ Tako has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 6940/2025.

5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri A. Aqueeb, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025. 29 October 2025
