RANCHI, India, Nov. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 29:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 222/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 352, 351(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109(1), 126(2), 127(2), 74, 303(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma.

3. On 14.07.2025 at about 9:00 P.M., there was some altercation between the accused persons and informant party due to which both of them started pelting stone on each other.

4. It appears that two persons sustained injury in the present case. It further appears that there is case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 222/2025.
