RANCHI, India, Nov. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:
1. Heard the parties.
2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 309(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.
3. On 15.06.225 at about 10.00 pm, the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Village Bagitand. The accused persons looted jewelleries from him.
4. It was submitted that though the petitioner was put on test identification parade, but he was not identified by the informant. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that one cutter machine was recovered from possession of the petitioner.
6. It appears that co-accused Tinku Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 7499 of 2025.
7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025.
