RANCHI, India, Jan. 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 13:

I.A. No. 9290 of 2025

1. The instant Interlocutory Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 06 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In view of reason assigned in the Interlocutory Application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

4. The Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 9290 of 2025 stands disposed of.

L.P.A. No. 381 of 2025

5. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave of this Court not to press the instant appeal.

6. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

7. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed as not pressed.

8. Since the learned Single Judge has already granted liberty to the writ petitioner-appellant to take appropriate recourse before the competent Court of jurisdiction, as such there is no need make any observation in that regard.

9. Accordingly, the instant intra-court appeal stands disposed of.
