RANCHI, India, Oct. 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
2. Learned counsel for the other side has no objection.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty
4. Pending interlocutory application being I.A. No.10728 of 2025, also stands disposed of.
