RANCHI, India, Nov. 6 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:
The affidavit filed by the State reveals that the sole appellant has died in the year 2016 during the pendency of this appeal. Necessary documents in support of such death have also been brought on record.
In such view of the matter, therefore, this appeal stands disposed of as abated.
