RANCHI, India, Dec. 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 24:
I.A. No. 14273 of 2025
1. Heard Mr. Ayush Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned A.P.P.
2. This interlocutory application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal.
3. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
4. I.A. No. 14273 of 2025 stands disposed of.

5. This appeal is directed against the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in B.P. No. 349/2025 arising out of Latehar AHTU P.S. Case No. 02/2025, whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
6. It has been alleged that three children were apprehended from inside a train along with the present appellant who was said to be involved in human trafficking, as she was alleged to be taking the children for engaging them in some work at Kanpur.
7. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that all the three children have been recovered and the appellant is in custody since 24.06.2025. Learned counsel further adds that the appellant does not have any criminal antecedents.
8. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.
9. On consideration of the period of custody undergone by the appellant and, we while setting aside the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in B.P. No. 349/2025 arising out of Latehar AHTU P.S. Case No. 02/2025 direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar.
10. Accordingly, this appeal is allowed.
